Overland Practice For Sale or Merger

The opportunity

A St.

Louis County (Overland) dentist who wishes to sell his dental practice. He has

practiced at the same location for 30 years. He has one assistant and over 800

active charts. This practice can be merged into your existing practice, or you

can purchase the practice and continue to operate it at its existing location.

If you

purchase the practice and move it to your facility, my client would be willing

to work in your office temporarily until successful patient transfer occurs. In

other words, he will move some equipment, records, staff, and his telephone

number and will work in the new office long enough to make sure that his

patients are comfortable in the new surroundings. Once they are, he will

gracefully bow out, and the new dentist will take over treatment of his former

patients.
